Before entering the financial industry, Dillan taught digital marketing at Dixie Technical College and ran his own digital marketing business. Through these experiences, he discovered his passion for providing value to clients and his strength in building effective operational systems.
He learned early on that both marketing and finance are ultimately about people, making Non-Traditional Financial Solutions a natural fit.
